We process the following data: email (account creation / login with OTP code, sending download links and receipts); order data (products purchased, amounts, credits); payment data, handled entirely by Stripe as processor — Materika does not store card details.
Data is processed for: performance of the contract (account management, file delivery, purchase and use of prepaid credits), legal tax obligations and service security. Any marketing communications take place only with prior express consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
To provide the service we rely on suppliers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting). Some suppliers may involve a transfer of data outside the EU, carried out with adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Data is kept for the duration of the account and, for data of accounting/tax relevance, for the statutory periods set out by Italian tax law.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Garante for the protection of personal data). The site uses technical / essential cookies (e.g. session and language preference), necessary for operation and not subject to consent. To measure traffic we use Vercel Analytics, an aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use profiling cookies and does not identify individual users; for this reason no consent is required. No other third-party analytics or tracking tools are present.
