Licence of Use.

Regular Licence: non-exclusive, non-transferable, for 1 user. Buy once, download the files — unlimited downloads for 12 months — and use them for commercial use within the limits below. Ownership and copyright remain with Cristian Pesenti (Frank Ricci).

• Use the graphics to wrap vehicles, including on commission for your clients — commercial use of the wrapped vehicle is fully allowed.
• Print in unlimited quantity for the vehicles you produce.
• Modify and adapt (resize, crop, compose the panels, combine them into your own livery).
• Show the finished work on social, your website, portfolio, your studio’s materials. (Credit to Frank Ricci appreciated but not required on the finished vehicle.)

• Resell, redistribute, give away, share or transfer the source files (the TIFFs / print files), original or modified, neither individually nor in collections.
• Share the download link, account access or the files with third parties.
• Sub-licence, rent or lease the graphics.
• Place the files in archives, databases, libraries or repositories from which others could download them.
• Resell the graphic as a design (re-publish it as an asset/template). What you sell the client is the wrap service, not the file.

Regular tier (active) — 1 user · commercial use included · unlimited downloads for 12 months · no redistribution.

Extended tier (Phase 2) — multi-vehicle resale to fleets/third parties.
